Trash & Recyclable - Schedule

         Trash - Tuesday & Friday around 9am

         Recyclables - 2nd & 4th Wednesday about 10:30am opposite side of driveway

Pest Control

         Problems with pests should be directed to the Garden Chair.  The Association          uses the services of a company to routinely spray for pests.  Spraying the                    inside of garages can be done at the owner's request.

Heating & Air Conditioning

          The Association uses the service of a licensed contractor to perform annual                maintenance at the request of each owner.  Owners are responsible for                        payment to the contractor and any additional work contracted.

Architectural Change Form

Owners must submit to the Board of Directors an Architectural Change Form when modifying areas controlled by the Association.  For more information, click on the links below.

Emergency Information

Emergency and Key Access. The unit homeowner shall provide a name, address, and phone number of where they can be reached, or family or friend to be reached in case of an emergency. The unit homeowner shall provide a key to their condo to someone who is present in the Association to be used, again, in case of an emergency. The Garden chair may also hold an emergency key at the unit homeowner’s request in case the unit homeowner has not designated an emergency contact. The key can be provided to law enforcement or firefighters if there is a need to enter the condo.
